Services and Online Resources

The Library is open to the public and free to use its facilities and collection. Most of its users read the books on site. But the Library offers loan services as well for its library users with Library ID and Borrowers Card.

The Baliwag Mobile Library is one of the programs the Library launched in 2020. It is a roaming library that aims to extend the service of the Library to all the barangays of the town.

The Library in partnership with the Department of Information and Communications Technology offers the Tech4Ed services. Clients are free to use laptops for basic Office programs and Internet browsing. The laptops also have special programs for the clients such as E-learn and LEAP among others.

A small corner on the Library is delegated for a small exhibition usually presenting featured books. Most of the exhibitions are in collaboration with the Museo ng Baliwag. During the pandemic, the Library had online exhibitions as well.
